The staff was so friendly and the office was great. However, notes are inputted on a computer for future reference when I usually go into a doctor's office. So I thought it was super weird when the PA was handwriting notes on scrap paper and when I peeked at them, they had absolutely no context so there's no way they would be useful if needed in the future. It made me feel like there will be no record of my medical history if I needed it.
Secondly, in order to hear the results of my bloodwork for my physical, it was required that I pay a copay because just receiving the results is counted as a separate office visit. In other words, the initial appointment is covered under my policy but useless because I still have to PAY TO GET MY RESULTS. This doesn't make sense, you would think the results which took 2 minutes on the phone would not have to cost you. I've never experienced this before and this is why I will not be going back.

Dr was nice but the office and it’s practices did not instill confidence in me. It was dirty, dingy and there were clear health code and medical violations. They clearly ate food in the lab. The medical assistant took down sensitive personal information on post it’s and clearly didn’t understand what questions she was supposed to ask in terms of medical history. Dr asked me the same question 3x and was not paying attention. Def will not be back.
