About Dr. Igor Rubinshteyn
Dr. Igor Rubinshteyn is a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon with 15 years of experience in both surgical and nonsurgical treatment of musculoskeletal conditions in the New York City area. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, where he also completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Rubinshteyn has extensive experience in General Orthopedic Surgery, with a special interest in the treatment of arthritis, including total knee replacement surgery; tendon and ligament injuries; meniscal tears; and rotator cuff injuries, including arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder. He also has significant trauma experience, providing both surgical and nonsurgical treatment for adult and pediatric fractures.
In addition, Dr. Rubinshteyn specializes in nonsurgical treatment of joint and soft tissue disorders, offering Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and prolotherapy injections.

This is a complete disrespect for your patients' time. I called this morning, made an appointment for 12:15, showed up, and was told to wait because there were two clients ahead of me. I said, "What do you mean?" I specifically called to get to work, and last time I waited two hours for an appointment, first in the waiting room, then in the office, and the appointment lasted 10-15 minutes. This time, I just needed to ask what to do with my hand after the MRI results, which was literally just a couple of questions. I waited an hour, and at reception, they told me to delete my contact information permanently. This is simply disrespectful. I hope they don't charge my insurance because the appointment didn't take place. It's incredibly simple. Someone has to sit there for half a day just to ask one question. Don't schedule anyone else's appointments with that approach.
