I didn’t book with her initially, but I didn’t mind the switch as I was running very low on my current medication and feeling very low in general. I was relieved I was being seen so soon. Unfortunately after our meeting there was no clear course of action . The next week I followed up and she said her supervisor felt I needed to be proceed with in person treatment.At this point no one is responding or providing next steps . So I’m being ignored, my current medication has run out , and they’ve completely wasted my time . It’s so exhausting to be dealing with mental health “professionals” , who won’t extend basic courtesy. If you can’t help a patient say that ! So they can move on. Would not recommend .

I had many doubts but i am so happy I did this, it took me 3+ years of searching for another in person after my old one closed during covid. Iv never talked to a dr that listened to me like this, didn't interpret me. Didn't judge me, and really tried to understand me, and I have been seeing in person psychiatrist for over 20+ years in person. I was very scared of doing this online but now I can't imagine traveling all the way to and office and waiting. This exceeded my expectations.

I wanted to see the original provider that was listed. After confirming my appt, I was then told the original provider was on medical leave. I was then pointed to this provider. Upon speaking with a staff member, I was told that most providers in this establishment do not make appointments accessible to those with hearing loss like myself. This is extremely disappointing.
I was told I would be contacted again to see if things could be worked out. I was not contacted and did not receive any emails from the provider.

Terrible. Received a call from their receptionist instead of an actual prescriber, then I was charged for a co pay just to be told that they never scheduled a follow up because my insurance was ending. But if they called me within the time frame promised that wouldn’t have been an issue, and it should be stated clearly on their page that the initial call is not with an actual practitioner! Now I wasted my time and money and have been off my meds for weeks thanks to them
