I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder, and my goal is to help you feel heard from the moment we meet. My approach blends psychodynamic therapy, holistic patient care, psychotherapy, and thoughtful medication management. I prioritize creating a calm, culturally sensitive space where you can talk openly without judgment. Many of my clients share that, before working with me, they often felt dismissed or stigmatized—so building trust and comfort is essential.
