I will not be pescribing any controlled substance virtually to anyone in a MAT (Mediction assisted Treatment Program). Please it is preferred to schedule your initial appointments at least a day before.

I had an appointment at 4p but she was unaware so she moved it to 5p then to 6:15p because she could not see my paperwork completed. I screenshot her the pages and manually provided the payment. I was in the waiting room at 6p but I was not seen.
