About Dr. Ilan Burstein
Ilan Burstein is a warm and compassionate chiropractor and acupuncturist based in Stamford, CT. A native of Israel, Dr. Burstein speaks several languages, including Hebrew and Yiddish. In addition to his formal education, he continues to study cutting-edge techniques in chiropractic medicine, as well as advanced techniques in acupuncture and treating work-related injuries. He considers his biggest career accomplishment “to be able to affect lots of people’s lives by helping them in my office, teaching them prevention and pro-active care in addition to the initial acute care.”
Dr. Burstein earned his chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College. He obtained his fellowship in accupuncture from the University of Bridgeport. He is also certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
Dr. Burstein treats a variety of illnesses, from back, hip, shoulder, and neck pain to scoliosis and stress. He takes pride in being available at virtually any time, welcoming patients into his home office as long as he’s at home.

I was nervous going in as a young woman new to making her own doctors appointments and having physicians who are only women, but I felt relaxed very quickly. The atmosphere is relaxed, nothing scary or serious, but he means what he says and won't beat around the bush. He explains what he is doing so I understood the process and nothing was unexpected. I'm recommending him to others I know.

I went into Dr. Burnstein’s office with severe neck pain and stiffness and he worked wonders. After 3 sessions I feel healed! He’s extremely kind and caring and takes time to understand how your feeling in order to help.

The Doctor was great and very professional. Friendly bedside manor, he made me feel comfortable and explained everything we did clearly, I'm just not 100% sure I feel healed or "cured". I went to see him for acupuncture because that is what I looked up. He was not an acupuncturist and did not specialize in that. He was very nice and timely, however, he is a chiropractor and I DEFINITELY did not want that service.

Dr. Burstein is a lifesaver. I always feel better and significant relief after I see him. He is very accomodating when scheduling appointments and his bedside manner is better than all others I have seen. I would highly recommend his services. While you are there you can also see Barbara for nutritional counseling!

I have been to chiropractors for years. Dr. Burstein clearly is the best. He is my go to guy whenever I have something going on in my body. I trust him implicitly for what he know, what he does and most importantly what he knows is beyond his scope! I have been his patient for a very long time and I have never left his office disappointed. He is a cut above the rest
