He’s helped me out with various gastrointestinal issues, done 2 endoscopys and 1 colonoscopy with no complications. Every time something comes up he’s treated it accordingly and has successfully cured multiple problems of mine. If you need a gastroenterologist I highly recommend making an appointment with him.”

I wasted my time dealing with them. I expressed that I only wanted to deal with an office that offers Colonoscopy service from (Queens) this was confirmed and after showing up and spending $20 to park was told that they only do this service in Hyde Park. As my spouse doesn’t drive so this is unhelpful. Again wouldn’t have been a problem if they would have been upfront about this. It’s very frustrating and unfortunate that this happened as a waste of time and money for both parties.

I arrived to a cozy and clean medical office and was greeted by the staff. I saw the doctor within a reasonable amount of time. I felt I was heard and all concerns addressed in an a time efficient manner. I look forward to continuing my care with Dr. Badalov

My overall experience was extremely negative. My doctor was rude, didn’t listen to what I was saying, and talked down to me like I was a child. The nurse couldn’t find a vein and blamed it on me. The two secretaries were arguing with each other in the lobby. Awful.

Some what nice office vibe, but was a little taken back by the pressure of booking a date for the procedure I needed done, some people do have family, they may need to check with as far as their schedule, and being escorted home by them, and one more thing that struck me as strange, was that I wanted an appointment for next month, and I was asked why, then told well you Call, because we don’t want you, holding up that date, and someone else can use it, a little too snippy..i thought, or maybe I was being a little too sensitive, which I don’t think was the case. If I scheduled a procedure, I’d definitely show up, because that’s what responsible adults do, and I do what’s best for me, And me only. But moving forward nice office, ok experience..

This was a great experience because I'm not from Ny and am not familiar with the area. The appointment went well. I was able to book it on Zocdoc during my flight from Athens to Ny the day before arriving and found this office that is close to an area that is close to my apartment. The staff is very professional, nice, and organized. The nurse was very good at taking blood, with only one attempt at finding a vein. The front desk, receptionist, is exceptionally good at her job and explained my future visit and other appointments in detail and made sure I understood what I needed to do and what I needed to accomplish before my next visit. The doctor, of course, was very knowledgeable of my condition and was a great listener to how I described my illness.
