About Dr. Imge Hulur

Imge Hulur, MD, PhD is a board certified dermatologist who provides the full spectrum of dermatologic care for all ages, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services. She is committed to delivering excellent medical care for her patients with a compassionate and personalized approach. Dr. Hulur is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of University of Chicago, where she graduated with honors in Biology. She then stayed at the University of Chicago where she earned her MD degree and PhD in Genetics. During her doctoral studies, Dr. Hulur made important contributions to melanoma genetics, published numerous articles and presented at national meetings. Dr. Hulur completed a rigorous residency program in Dermatology at the Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in NYC where was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Honor Society, and appointed Chief Resident in her last year. Dr. Hulur has been working as a dermatologist for 5 years constantly developing and advancing her expertise in skin cancer detection and treatment and management of a wide variety of skin, hair and nail conditions ranging from common issues like acne and eczema to more complex diseases. Dr. Hulur treats all her patients with care and respect, listening to their concerns and explaining their condition and treatment options in detail.
