I don't like how this doctor inserts his politics and political opinion into the visit- he dropped the F word referring to Joe Biden and Covid vaccines. It's not the first time this doctor has done that during a visit of mine to this clinic. It's really unprofessional.

The quickest appointment ever but not in a good way. Doctor barely listened to what I had to say and just gave me prescriptions of antibiotics and steroids without testing me for anything. It is 4 days later and I am not better but worse off. The biggest waste of an appointment and money. I would hope a doctor would take time to really figure out what is wrong and make sure the proper medication for that is given.

I’ve just moved to a new place and don’t have Dr. established yet. Have made 2 visits to this location for ear trouble. Everything went smoothly both times. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Quick service. The PA, Heather and her Nurse, Maria are amazing! They truly solved my problems in the most efficient way. Total professionals.

Dr. Ralph was great. He listened well and was concerned about my sickness. He gave me a great prescription to help me get over sickness. I will ask for him in the future if I need to be seen. Leah the nurse tech was great as well! Highly recommend you consider using this clinic.

I will definitely go back. That is the main doctor office I take my son to. They have always been friendly and quick. The doctors always listen to everything said and they make sure they find out what's wrong before leaving.

My symptoms had been a pretty sore throat and headache that what been going on three days or so. I was only tested for strep which came back negative and then offered steroid for loss of voice. After being sick almost two weeks I was diagnosed with pneumonia by my pcp. He said I likely had the flu and should have been tested at the time of the strep test. The flu lead to the pneumonia.
Immediate Care’s providers should be a little more thorough especially when I go in for my visit and the office was empty and I still waited for over fifteen minutes.

Excellent experience, quick and well done from begining to end.
I went in and was diagnosed with a UTI, evaluated by an excellent physician that made me feel very comfortable, and was out the door in under 30 minutes headed to the pharmacy. Great job!!!!!
