I strive towards finding that match: a particular therapy, a particular medicine, or both, in collaboration with the patient. A treatment that just clicks perfectly and the patient comments with joy: "this is it!"

He cares for your well being and truly wants to figure out what will work best for you. He will be there for you in case of a medication related emergency. Not just another Psychiatrist. A really great doctor and person!

Dr. Hassan was great. Very understanding of my situation. It was my first appointment so I was a little nervous about seeing a new doc however he was very easy to talk to. I will absolutely be going back.

Dr Imran knows what he's doing, he helped me define the problem I have after he asked me a lot of the right question to make a precise diagnosis, he took his time, listened to the answers & discussed them with me to make an even better understanding and not rush to conclusions. Then he prescribed the meds he believed would help me best after explaining how they work & how they may affect me. I'd go back to him.

IF YOU NEED A PSYCHIATRIST IN THE LOS ANGELES AREA....I CAN PROMISE YOU THAT THIS DOCTOR IS THE BEST IN TOWN IN EVERY WAY THAT I CAN THINK OF---COST IS REASONABLE COMPARED TO OTHER PSYCHIATRISTS IN THE AREA. DID I MENTION THAT HE IS AN EXTREMELY NICE PERSON. FINALLY, FOR SOME PATIENTS IT IS VERY IMPORTANT 4 THEIR DOCTOR TO BE WILLING TO PRESCRIBE MEDICATION WITHOUT BEING SO CONSERVATIVE THAT THERE ARE VERY FEW OPTIONS FOR TREATMENT THAT ARE WILLING TO BE CONSIDERED. THIS WILL NOT BE THE CASE WITH DR HASSAN. HE IS AN ETHICAL DOCTOR, VERY INTELLIGENT, LIKELY A GENIUS. AND A GREAT PERSON. GO SEE THIS GUY.

He only accepts cash or check and charges an exorbitant amount, I am sure I was not the only patient to be shocked by the bill at the end of our session. After I didn't have any cash or check at the end of our session, he asked me if I could drop by a nearby ATM......I was offended to say the least. If this is how he runs his practice, then he has to expressly state his prices and acceptable payment methods either on zocdoc or at the beginning of the session....doing so ofcourse would scare off a lot of people.
If you have insurance I would avoid this gentleman unless you can afford his exorbitant cash fees.

Dr. Hassan is understanding, compassionate, and easy to talk to. He put me on a treatment plan that made a world of difference to my quality of life, and I couldn't be more grateful. Can't recommend him more highly.

He has late appts which makes it easier on my work schedule. I waited less than a minute in the waiting room and didn't expect him to be as intuitive as he was only meeting me for the first time. He took his time, asked very detailed questions and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Just moved here and am always nervous when looking for a new doc. Dr. Hassan was great for so many reasons. He definitely is interested in the well being of his patients and he took time to understand my history. He also has flexible hours which I really like. I highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Dr Imran hassan to anyone. He was very understanding, patient, receptive, extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He made me feel comfortable. He was thorough on his diagnosis and very attentive to my needs and concerns. I look forward to our follow appointment.

Dr. Hassan was very pleasant and took his time with my consultation. He made sure to ask if I had any questions for him or if there was anything he was leaving out that I wanted to let him know. He is very accommodating schedule wise and for someone who works days he has evening/weekend appointments available.
