I had such a positive experience with this provider. She’s a patient and caring listener with a warm personality, and I never once felt rushed. She took time to really understand my history and showed genuine concern for my health and safety. She respected my experience and knowledge treating my own condition and did not talk down to me. She also made some excellent suggestions that I was not aware were available. She took extra time after the appointment to get clarity on a few things which is very rare for a provider. She is obviously someone who takes her responsibility as a provider very seriously and is willing to go above and beyond!
Rescheduling was easy, and I appreciated how quickly she was able to see me again. Best of all, I spoke directly with her instead of repeating everything to staff who don’t know me. That personal touch made me feel truly cared for.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate, attentive care.
