Psychologist
1849 Sawtelle Blvd, Ste 610, Los Angeles, CA
I’m a licensed developmental and clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. I specialize in evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, emotion regulation difficulties, and self-harm concerns. I’m particularly passionate about helping adolescents and young adults navigate life transitions, relationships, and the challenges that can come with growing up in an increasingly complex world. My background in developmental psychology shapes how I approach therapy. I consider each person within the context of their relationships, family, and broader environment, recognizing that our experiences and surroundings play an important role in our mental health. I also work with clients navigating family conflict, school-related stress, behavioral challenges, relationship difficulties, and concerns related to social media and digital life. I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ clients and strive to provide affirming, inclusive care. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I draw from evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and family-based approaches, tailoring treatment to each person's needs and goals. When helpful, I also involve parents, caregivers, and family members to support progress beyond the therapy room. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be yourself, whether that means bringing humor, curiosity, or difficult conversations into the room. My goal is to build a genuine connection while helping you develop practical skills and a better understanding of yourself that you can carry into everyday life.
