This was my first appointment with Dr Khan, for a first appointment it was to be a complete comprehensive physical exam. That didn't happen. He listened to my chest. That was it. Unfortunately, he had to build my electronic chart that was in lieu of the time that was needed for the ROS (Review of Systems). I appreciate the time he genuinely took to know me. I will have to address that hopefully with a followup for my lab, which was not scheduled. Three request with his nurse for two referrals have gone unanswered. This is a new practice and it shows. It may take time for them to improve to a completely new environment. .
