Everything went as well as I expected, I arrived about 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. Check in was a breeze, I sat down in the waiting area for about 3 minutes and was greeted by the nurse who got me set up quickly in a room. Dr. Itzkovitz was great. She went over my last visit and we discussed my current medical condition. She is very personable and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Overall a great experience, i was out of there within about 30 minutes.

This doctor was more interesting in up-coding than providing patient care. She was so swift and eager to enter a code for every issue I thought I should mention to her as a new patient, whether I wanted it looked into or not. She barely looked at me, kept her eyes on her monitor, entering all sorts of codes and I never got what I wanted out of my visit. She ordered bloodwork tests for things I hadn't approved. Terrible way to practice medicine. My appointment was Jan. 2019.

I will never go back to this place. This doctor barely talked to me but made a bunch of assumptions. I felt completely ignored and steamrolled. I was prescribed antidepressants that I did not want from a class of drugs that I told her had not worked for me in the past. I did not get a check up I got a judgment with a bunch of prescriptions at the end.

I was very happy with my visit and grateful to have found a wonderful new PCP! The office was clean, well-run and organized, with modern technology (online portal/app) to easy booking and reviewing of records and test results, and they supplied me with a print-out summary of my visit at the end. All of the ladies on staff were lovely, and so was the doctor. Everyone took their time and was thorough. I feel I'll be in good hands. :)

Really appreciated Dr. I and her team. Everyone was really nice. Barely waited at all. The Dr and Medical Assistant that worked with me were down to earth, very nice, and most importantly listened to me and talked with me like a human. They are a breath of fresh air in the medical community.

I had a great experience and liked everything about this office. The staff were all warm and friendly, personable not cold and the wait time was very short. The doctor was very thoughtful and took her time with my annual exam and answering my questions. Also, the disposable gloves that the staff use are bright pink which I loved.
