The front desk (check-in and check-out) personnel were exceptionally outstanding! The nurse who took my vitals was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. And, the Nurse Practitioner, Ms. India T. Fitz, was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive.

I had a pleasant experience, there was a wait but not too long. NP Fitz was very helpful and accommodating with the extra tests and forms I needed to get done during my visit.

Dr. India T. Fitz has been my favorite physician I've seen since going to Aylo! She is so sweet, kind, and incredibly patient. She truly listens to all of your concerns, addresses each one, and does her best to walk you through every step so you feel comfortable and informed. I have a huge fear of needles, and when I recently needed a shot, I explained to her just how terrified I was. She made sure to give me the injection herself and was incredibly patient and reassuring while I was so anxious. Even afterward, she stayed caring and compassionate while I calmed down. You can genuinely tell that she cares about her patients and how they're feeling. I cannot recommend her enough. She is the BEST!!!
