Dr. India Presley-Boyd is an adult gerontology nurse practitioner with over 7 years of nursing experience. She earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Nursing from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of South Florida. As an RN, she worked as an ICU nurse and travel ICU nurse. As a nurse practitioner, she has experience in adult primary care, weight loss, postoperative management, and joint injections.
Home 2 Care was launched in October 2021. While on maternity leave during COVID, Dr. Presley-Boyd was released from her position as a nurse practitioner at a large company. Determined not to give up on her dream, she created a practice that not only allows her to continue living her passion but also increases access to quality healthcare and creates job opportunities for other healthcare professionals.
By using a concierge-style model, Dr. Presley-Boyd ensures she is available for her patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, directly via phone and/or text. Cutting out the hassles of insurance allows for more patient-centered care, longer appointments, and the ability to address all of your healthcare needs during every interaction.

I've been visiting the office of Dr. India-Presley since May 14th 2022 I am very pleased to say I've loss so many inches of back and mid section stomach fat from these amazing products the results are absolutely mind blowing, I will most definitely continue this Journey until I've reached my desired goal..Thanks Dr. Boyd for the education and knowledge provided..You Rock!!!

India is an extremely knowledgeable and professional provider. The nerves I had about starting her weight loss program immediately disappeared when she gave me all the information about the program. She was available every time I needed to ask questions if I had uncertainties. I’ve never felt so comfortable with a provider. She’s one of the best.

I have already referred Dr. India to a family member. Dr. India scheduled my appointment within a few days of me calling her and there was no wait when I arrived. She was personable and helpful. I do have some medical concerns and she made the accommodations that I needed and that gave me peace of mind. I will be recommending her to more people.

Dr. India is very personable, through, and knowledgeable. She was able to correct a medication regimen that was causing more harm than good and even provided resources to make more expensive medications more accessible. I’m grateful for the footwork she is willing to do with insurance companies and seeking out specialists. She is extremely responsive and when an emergency arose she advised us every step of the way to ensure we were taken care of. I would recommend her to anyone seeking quality care from a provider who listens, explores options, and discusses the why behind the plan of care.

I have been a patient with Dr. Presley-Boyd for nearly a year. Although I have insurance, I choose to see her for all my healthcare need. When I visit her she genuinely cares about my health. She takes her time during my appointment and makes sure all of my questions are answered. Dr. Presley-Boyd is bringing back the meaning to compassionate care.
