We’ll begin with a comprehensive virtual intake session, where I’ll take time to listen to your concerns, medical history, and goals for care. From there, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan that may include therapy, medication management, or both—always guided by your preferences and values.
Follow-up sessions focus on progress, reflection, and support. I approach each appointment with empathy and patience, adjusting the care plan as needed to fit your evolving needs. For those who desire it, I also incorporate prayer and faith-based support as part of the healing journey.
Above all, I’m here to partner with you—not to push or pressure—so you feel safe, seen, and empowered every step of the way.
