When I arrived on time for my appointment at 8:30 a.m., the office was closed. I waited 55 minutes outside with no one showing up. At 9:25, I called again, and the office was still closed. I am truly disappointed, not only because of the wasted time, but also because this situation reflects a lack of seriousness and respect toward patients.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I arrive for my scheduled appointment only to find the door locked. I called several times and no one answered. After waiting and trying to reach them, I had to drive back home without being seen. This was a frustrating waste of my time and show a lack of communication and consideration for patients.
