Ingrid Maria Suazo, DrHA, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in mental health. She earned her Master’s in Nursing from West Coast University and completed a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing at Regis College. Driven by her passion and strong commitment to helping people achieve their life goals and potential, she takes pride in providing the highest quality care to transform her clients’ mindsets and help them live their best lives.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My priority is to build rapport and support my clients in their journey to wellness. I provide a safe, confidential and non judgmental environment that fosters personalized care and understanding.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

horrifying. I was having a hard time with my microphone and the doctor looked at me like I was trash. She told me to go back in and out of Zocdoc and I did and she was gone and no appointment omg. It was traumatic because I have anxiety and panic and it's scary to change doctors as it is. This all happened in less than a minute too. I did not get any emails from them until after even though they were dated before and they would not let me book again, no explanation. Horrible to do expecially for psychiatric appointments,
