About Inna Wegner
Inna is a board-certified Physician Assistant, based at our Watertown location. She has been practicing exclusively in dermatology since receiving her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the MGH Institute of Health Professions, which included clinical rotations at Harvard Medical School-affiliated academic medical centers. She currently specializes in general medical dermatology, managing adult and pediatric patients with acute and chronic skin conditions. Prior to becoming a PA, Inna worked as a Registered Medical Esthetician for 7 years, specializing in acne treatments and chemical peels. Her professional experience also includes hair transplantation, PRP, and various laser treatments. Throughout her career, she always has provided high-quality patient care due to her belief in strong communication, patient education, and her tremendous passion for what she does. Inna is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the New England Dermatological Society. She is also enrolled in the SDPA Diplomate Fellowship program which is a vigorous didactic course for dermatology PAs. Outside of dermatology, Inna’s interests include classical music, cooking, traveling, and enjoying time with friends and family

The office staff were friendly and easy to work with! I was seen very quickly (even before my appt time) which was great. Excellent communication between Dr and assistant and myself - they made me feel comfortable the whole appointment, even when getting a biopsy I was scared to get. Happy to have gotten in here and I plan to come back.

Dr. Wagner was extremely knowledgeable, and I really liked that she was very clear, direct, and good at explaining what she was prescribing and why. All of the staff were very efficient and helpful, and were all very nice to ask questions to and feel at ease.
I would recommend her a lot if you are looking for a dermatologist! She really made me feel better going forward about my concerns, and I trusted her recommendations and judgement a lot. Would recommend to my own friends and family, very grateful to her and the staff at Associates in Dermatology overall!

I have not been able to book an appointment with MGH, where I usually have medical care performed., for less than 6 months out But this office took my insurance, gave me an appointment within 2 weeks, and they were very competent, communicative, friendly and fast. Had two small procedures done immediately... mole screening and removal and skin tag removal. They advised me that the tags would not be covered because it was cosmetic but their rate was affordable and I had it done. I am glad to find a dermatology provider for now and in the future and I would highly recommend them.

Inna was helpful and removed 2 suspect skin spots for testing. They said they would call me even if the spots are benign which I appreciate for piece of mind. The front desk staff was friendly. Will be going back for yearly skin checks.
