I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner licensed in Washington state. I went into healthcare to serve others; I started from the bottom and worked my way up. I began as a certified nursing assistant, progressed to a vocational nurse, then a registered nurse, and now I am a nurse practitioner. I earned my Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, which has equipped me with the advanced skills to provide comprehensive mental health care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I will listen to you, my patient, and make evidenced-based recommendations with an individualized treatment plan. Seeking mental help can be intimidating & daunting. I believe that your mental health journey is the reason why I am here. Although we have not met, it will be my honor & privilege to walk with you on this journey of improving your mental health.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

So I understand the challenges of our healthcare system. Throughout my years in healthcare, I have found my calling in mental health. I'm passionate about mental health, especially about changing the stigma surrounding seeking mental health help. My treatment philosophy is holistic and patient centered.
