The entire staff to include the doctor provided me with Professionalism and Excellent Customer Service! Dr. Ramzan made me feel relaxed and comfortable and when she began reading my medical history; and described her plan moving forward I knew that I was in good hands! I would highly recommend Dr. Ramzan to anyone looking for a PCP that truly cares about the Health and Wellbeing of her patients! I would not have ever imagined that I would look forward to going to the doctor, but I do now! Overall experience was very good. The doctor, nurse, and the staff are very professional. The office is very clean and organized. Furthermore, I love their digital system, very intuitive; it is easy to use.

The front desk staff were lovely and so was everyone I encountered. But as far as a medical appointment, it was VERY cursory.
I went in to establish care since I just moved back to the area. They asked most of the usual history questions like allergies, meds, social history, surgical history. When it came to family history they only asked specific questions, not an open ended "what is your family history". The kicker was that no one asked my medical history. And when I mentioned parts of my medical history when answering other questions no one asked me to describe further or even commented on it, and I mentioned a pretty significant one that should have prompted them to dive much further into it. If this was supposed to be a yearly physical to track my health and identify concerns then it was a failure because they didn't get to know anything about me and my past medical history.
