Everyone in the office was so helpful and patient with me. I received a call from the office before my appointment to confirm my insurance details, so I was confident there wouldn’t be any confusion when I showed up for my appointment.

Doctor Vergilis-Kalner was excellent, but unfortunately I am not comfortable seeing her again because her office was not clean. Lots of big dust balls around the corners of the exam room floor, used bottles from syringes strewn around the counter, and an assistant who had her gloves on while opening and closing the door and touching her iPad before treating my wound. It did not feel sanitary.
