“I brought a magazine, not a book, (don't have any rating for their reading materials,) but didn't need it, having been spared at this office the 45m to hour(s) expected. The attention to me was longer than 5m too; although the doctor attended to me for a shorter time, all his employees were courteous and attentive. The tests technician was very nice and informative. The Doctor was helpful and informative and worked within the scope of his ability to help me and left aspects of my health dependent on common sense up to me.”

About Dr. Irfan Syed
Just prior to starting his own practice in 2011, Dr. Syed worked as Assistant Professor of Medicine at Emory University Hospital, Division of Internal Medicine, in Atlanta, Georgia. He enjoyed his two year stay at Emory and found it to be a mutually beneficial experience for himself, the faculty, students and the staff. Prior to moving to Atlanta area, Dr. Syed was a faculty member at University of Massachusetts, Division of Internal Medicine. He worked there as Assistant Professor of Medicine.
Dr. Syed is board certified in Internal Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Training (residency) at University of Massachusetts in Worcester, MA. This program is regarded as among one of the Nation’s top eight Primary Care Programs (as ranked by US News & World Reports).
Dr. Syed has an MD degree from Dow Medical College and a DO degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, Long Island, NY. This unique academic background and training gives him multidimensional clinical skills. He is eager to start serving the community with his unique academic background, clinical skills and a desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
