I believe everyone deserves compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based mental health care in a supportive, judgment-free environment. I specialize in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, OCD, panic disorder, insomnia, autism spectrum disorder, and substance use disorders. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy tailored to each individual's needs and goals. My approach is collaborative and patient-centered. Whether you're seeking care for the first time or looking for a provider who truly listens, I strive to make every visit comfortable, respectful, and empowering.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When you work with me, you can expect a compassionate, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where your concerns are truly heard. I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship starts with listening and understanding your unique experiences, goals, and challenges. During our first appointment, we'll take time to discuss your symptoms, medical and mental health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle recommendations, and ongoing follow-up to monitor your progress.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our process typically includes: Comprehensive Initial Evaluation: During your first appointment, we'll discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, family history, lifestyle, and treatment goals to develop a clear understanding of your needs. Accurate Diagnosis: I perform a thorough psychiatric assessment to ensure an accurate diagnosis and identify any underlying conditions that may be contributing to your symptoms. Personalized Treatment Plan: Together, we'll create a treatment plan tailored to your goals, which may include medication management, supportive psychotherapy, lifestyle recommendations, and coordination with your primary care provider or therapist when appropriate. Medication Management: If medication is recommended, I'll explain the benefits, potential side effects, and expected timeline so you can make informed decisions about your care. Ongoing Follow-Up: Regular follow-up appointments allow us to monitor your progress, adjust treatment as needed, address concerns, and celebrate improvements along the way.
