About Dr. Irina Blustein
Dr. Blustein is a diligent and compassionate podiatric surgeon, committed to helping her patients address their concerns or injuries of the foot and ankle and ensuring they receive exceptional treatment. Her approach to patient care is one of thorough diagnosis, solutions, and relief.
Dr. Blustein earned her undergraduate degree from New York University with cum laude honors and completed her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. She then completed her residency training in podiatric medicine and surgery at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, where she excelled as Chief Resident in one of the largest residency programs in the United States.
Dr. Blustein is extensively trained in the treatment of a full spectrum of foot and ankle disorders, with an emphasis on forefoot surgery, rear-foot, sports and dance medicine, limb salvage, lower extremity wound care, and dermatology.
She also enjoys volunteering her medical expertise at the annual Hampton's Marathon, NYC Triathlon, and the ING NYC Marathon.

I was amazed on how professional she was. I went few minutes earlier and I was seen at the exact time of my appointment . They have x-rays and ultrasound available at their office. I love it and I would definitely keep going back.

I had a toe infection that was really painful but the doctor listened and within no time she had it drained, cleansed and bandaged up with clear instructions on how to prevent the infection from returning. The entire appointment was less than 45 minutes which was great because I was on my lunchbreak. Five Stars for that doctor and her office staff. Thank for helping ??

So I book an emergency appt with the Dr bc I couldn’t take the pain anymore and she was awesome Im so grateful I saw her they did everything at the office X-ray scans and injections the only thing I need to do outside is and mri she thoroughly examined my situation and immediately wrapped my ankle so long I waited and I’m finally getting the treatment that I need best decision I made to switch my doctor.

Dr Blustein was phenomenal! I have been dealing with a number foot issues from my previous injuries and poor shoe choices in the past. She took the time to listen to my various problems and offered me realistic treatment options and did not jump to surgery as others I have seen the past did. I will be following her advice and hope to feel better soon! I look forward to my follow up with her.

Doctor did not introduce herself. She left the examining room without verbally stating visit was done.
Upon my arrival, office was very hot and uncomfortable.
Restroom looks ‘horrendous!’ Looks like a ‘3rd world country’ bathroom. No hot water and hand dryer was inoperable. Just Horrible!
Office staff was friendly, Thank goodness!

The best doctor I have ever seen! She is hands downs very personable, knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my condition right away. I had seen 2 other podiatrists before seeing Dr Blustein and they did not help me at all. It’s been two weeks since my visit and I am almost completely pain free. I Already referred her to a friend.

Excellent visit! I saw Dr. Blustein to have a sea urchin needle removed from my foot. She was very thorough and gentle. I would highly recommend her and I am very appreciative of how attentive she was.

I am an avid runner, and no prior history of any foot issues. After a few days of running I developed ankle pain. I did some research and decided to vist Irina Blustein. Her knowledge and personality made her the perfect doctor. She shiftly diagnosed my problem and after a brief discussion she felt custom orthotics would be the best trestment. Since wearing the orthotics my feet never felt happier. I can now run again and more importantly without any discomfort or pain!
I would highly recommened Dr.Blustein if you are looking for one amazing podiatrist.

I had a great visit to Dr. Bluestein office. The doctor was reassuring and competent. I left feeling at ease and confident that my issue would be resolved. There was a short wait time and everyone was welcoming. I would definitely recommend for anyone who needs to see a podiatrist.
