She completed her adult psychiatry residency training at The Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn and completed an Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital in New York, with experiences in both the private and public sectors. She is a board-certified psychiatrist with a thorough knowledge of psychopharmacology across the full spectrum of psychiatric disorders. Irina has extensive clinical experience in the treatment of mood, anxiety, and attentional disorders. During her fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry, she gained expertise in the treatment of co-occurring substance use disorders (substance use that occurs alongside anxiety, depression, and other conditions). She is also fluent in Russian.
