“I was given an appointment within three hours of even requesting it. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Everybody explained exactly everything they were doing to make me feel comfortable. I’m a nurse myself so I look for this. I would definitely give this Office an A+. I don’t need all the decorative bells and whistles that some officers have while you’re sitting there for hours waiting. I got an annual Pap smear, bloodwork, ultrasound, urinalysis, vaginal exam, and afterwards your doctor sits down and meets with you in the office and explains. And future care going forward. Never did I feel like I was being rushed or not listened to. And this is the first Pap smear that I ever got that didn’t hurt. Not even a pinch. Sooooo. Kudos. Now I won’t be scared to go to the Gyn. Ladies make your appointment with her”

The clinic didn't have by appointment from Zocdoc when I went to check in, but luckily the clinic was quiet so I got seen relatively quickly. The doctor who came in was not the person that I had booked (I cannot recall the name of the person who did come in), and unfortunately was not able to answer my questions as they did not have the relevant experience and the midwives were all busy.

The doctor can be OK at times, at others I feel she is dismissive or comes off condescending in the way she explains some things. The woman who collects payment at the front desk is rude. I only went so many times out of convenience but it’s not the best place.

The practice looks dirty and sketchy, the personnel barely acknowledge your presence and have quite an attitude. Not friendly at all. When I arrived I was told my wait time was at least 1 and half hour. I left at that point. I would never ever recommend this place.

Terrible experience-I had a scheduled appointment and I waited over two hours to be seen. Once I was in my appointment, I was scolded harshly by the doctor even before explaining my symptoms.

Irina was lovely, validating, and helpful. I waited for over an hour to be seen, but when I told them I absolutely had to leave in 30 more minutes they got me right in. I really liked the provider overall and I might? go back if I have 2 hours to spare.

I would highly recommend Irina Vozny, PA! She was so calming and supportive which made me feel safe and at ease to discuss what I was going through. She is very thorough and explained everything to me in detail. The entire office experience was great, every person I communicated with was friendly and supportive. This is a wonderful facility.
