Unbelievably long wait time, and they switched me to an MD I chose to a PA without a notice. Do not go here.

The doctor can be OK at times, at others I feel she is dismissive or comes off condescending in the way she explains some things. The woman who collects payment at the front desk is rude. I only went so many times out of convenience but it’s not the best place.

The practice looks dirty and sketchy, the personnel barely acknowledge your presence and have quite an attitude. Not friendly at all. When I arrived I was told my wait time was at least 1 and half hour. I left at that point. I would never ever recommend this place.

Terrible experience-I had a scheduled appointment and I waited over two hours to be seen. Once I was in my appointment, I was scolded harshly by the doctor even before explaining my symptoms.

Irina was lovely, validating, and helpful. I waited for over an hour to be seen, but when I told them I absolutely had to leave in 30 more minutes they got me right in. I really liked the provider overall and I might? go back if I have 2 hours to spare.

I would highly recommend Irina Vozny, PA! She was so calming and supportive which made me feel safe and at ease to discuss what I was going through. She is very thorough and explained everything to me in detail. The entire office experience was great, every person I communicated with was friendly and supportive. This is a wonderful facility.
