I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from National University and 7 years of experience in the nursing field. My most recent work at an acute psychiatric mental health hospital has allowed me to see the impact of severe mental illness on a person's life. I have a genuine passion for improving mental health in individuals by educating them on how to navigate mental illness through an effective medication management plan and supportive talk therapy.
I deeply care about the root cause of suffering and provide individualized treatment plans. I believe in person-centered care where clients, with ongoing support, can reach their full potential.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
Care begins with a comprehensive evaluation of your mental health, medical history, and any coexisting conditions to ensure a clear and accurate understanding of your needs. From there, we work collaboratively to define your goals and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique situation.
I take a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to medication management, carefully considering the benefits, risks, and your individual response to treatment. Together, we will monitor progress, make adjustments as needed, and ensure you feel informed, supported, and actively involved every step of the way.

Absolutely NOT!!
They called at proper time but they had issues so they rescheduled for 1 hour later and all I got was a call from the office to let me know she was unavailable for the 2nd appointment. WOW, I am glad that I wasn't in dire need of help but what a waste of my time and now I have to find another psychiatrist.
