“This facility was excellent, but concerned a little. I felt that doctor should have reviewed my chart from my past orthopedic doctor. I say this because I was needing a shot in my left knee for pain...not a steroid shot but a rooster cone shot. Because of this, I left in pain and got pain pill ordered. I had to look for another orthopedic doctor and I have one, but unable to see until April. I will have pain now.”

Doing X-ray and IS was only a money making thing because no one talked me about it. I thought I was seeing an orthopaedic doc. That’s what it said. Nice people, but what do they know? I would not go back.

Dr Evan was nice and exceptional great listener. The front office ladies was nice and the medical assistant was nice as well. The only issue I had is no one talked to me about price for X-rays, co payment so I was in total shock about what was due. I knew I had to pay something but not what I paid today. So moving I would love to know my payment ahead of time. That way I know how much it cost and there’s no hidden fee’s. What if didn't have the money for my X-rays visit but co payment like what would they do because no one said anything until check out. it’s like going into a dentist office and I start drilling on your teeth and perform a root canal crown and then at checkout I tell you by the way your visit today was $2000. And I never told you how much it cost until then work was done. Lol crazy right but overall visit was pleasantly please just hidden cost at the end and also love the person who did my X-rays she was kind and patient

Today’s visit went well. I was seen for inflammation on my left knee. Dr. Evan was patient and thorough with me. He probably could have given me a shot and called it the day. I like that he took the time to show me my X-rays and encouraged next steps and make lifestyle adjustments. He answered my questions and follow-up instructions were provided. I found that the overall visit was positive. I would recommend their office.

I went in for knee pain, and the doctor suggested an ultrasound. I specifically asked the cost, and she clearly told me the amount. Based on that, I agreed. But when I went to billing, they charged me over 6x more. I told them what the doctor said—they even confirmed she gave me the wrong info—but still told me I had to pay the full amount and they wouldn’t take any responsibility. How is it fair that I’m held accountable for their mistake? It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and there was zero accountability. I left feeling cheated and disrespected. Be extremely careful here—get everything in writing, because even their own doctor’s word means nothing when the bill comes.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and kind. The provider, who treated me was really amazing. His name was Evan and he had an awesome bedside manner. He was funny, kind, and very relatable.
