The wait time was certainly a little tiresome. But once in there, Dr Leventhall was everything that I could want or hope for in this situation. Obviously no-one is setting out to enjoy a visit to the urologist, but to encounter a kind, very knowledgeable and warmly humorous man is exactly what, to me, is the very best outcome one could reasonably hope for in what could be a grim and unhappy encounter.
Bizarrely, I am not far short of looking forward to my next visit to the Urologist.........

The office seems a bit outdated, very old fashioned, like straight out of the 90's with record keeping and payment options.
But the doc was very professional and thorough even though a lot of the tests seemed outdated too which doesn't mean they're bad, just not state of the art I suppose.
He will answer all your questions thoroughly and run any tests you require without issue, Doesn't rush you either. Wait time isn't too bad. Nice doctor for sure, no issues with him at all.

Both he & and his partner have decades-long, extensive experience in the field.The staff was highly polite and efficient, & the office itself was both physically comfortable and immaculate, beyond its location in an elegant building.. There is excellent equipment on site for testing, and one is treated impeccably. Highly recommended!

Dr was a nice, competent man with good bedside manner. However, he kept me waiting for 30+ minutes while I could hear him chitchatting on the phone about non-work matters (his son's job, etc.) In addition, the office admin was rough around the edges and the doctor never called me back about lab results despite my contacting his office and leaving messages (the admin told me that the doctor sees multitudes of patients so he could hardly be expected to contact people when lab results are faxed to them) -- but since I never even got a call back I eventually just contacted the lab to obtain the results directly and discussed them with another doctor.

Dr. Irwin was very professional, and understanding. He was attentive while I was speaking and then gave me some nice advices. The staff is not so friendly though , but you know, not always can you hire friendly staffs.

I sat in that office for two hours beyond my appointment time before getting to see the doctor. He was apologetic and professional, but my trouble could have been avoided if his receptionists would have looked up once every hour or so to monitor their patients. They had time for personal conversations, but not a single second to check in on those waiting faces that should look very familiar after two hours. As a customer service issue, it's inexcusable.
Dr. Leventhal himself seemed capable and nice. I might have liked this doctor, but with such unreliable staff I couldn't recommend this office. Pardon the rant, but to top things off I got an email the next day from ZocDoc saying that this doctor's office had said I had missed the appointment. I of course, have an insurance claim to prove that I didn't, but come on! That's just the icing on the poor customer service cake.
Someone from ZocDoc called me right back to find out what had happened. So, at least I'm very satisfied with ZocDoc's service.

Very experienced and knowledgable. Very hard to find a urologist who can make you feel comfortable at first sight. The only complain I have is the staff. Very disorganized. Also the bathroom and the office were very dirty.
