“I really enjoy working with Isabel. She listens well to my concerns and doesn’t push medications. She’s extremely thorough during appointments and takes time to email information / directions so I have something to reference when I need to tapper off or increase a medication over time. She’s very conscientious of doing everything possible to reduce the likelihood of side effects. When starting/stopping medications, she’s seen me more frequently to check in on how I’m tolerating the changes. She’s also willing to team up with my therapist and PCP. Isabel has also advised me on what medical tests she’d like my PCP to order so she can review / make sure I’m not experiencing physical complications as a result from what she’s prescribed. I feel strongly about having a team willing to work and communicate with one another to avoid conflicts in my overall medical treatment.”

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to supporting individuals on their path to improved mental wellness. I provide psychiatric evaluations, screening and diagnosis, and medication management. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
