Getting to know Isak Rabiyev
Currently affiliated with Ready wWell Psychiatry, I am a family-oriented professional with a deep passion for psychiatry that began when I was a teenager. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from New York University and a Master’s in Nursing Practice from Pace University. For over five years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. I take a compassionate, tailored approach, understanding that each person’s journey is unique.
Outside of my practice, I’m an avid sports fan and reader, always on the lookout for new ideas and experiences. I also love taking road trips with my family, finding inspiration in new places, and making memories along the way. My goal is to create a welcoming, open environment where you feel comfortable and understood as we work together toward mental wellness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
I provide individualized care tailored to each client’s unique needs. Through comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans, I help clients better understand their symptoms and find effective strategies to manage them. Whether through medication management, therapy, or lifestyle adjustments I offer a holistic approach that considers the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of health.
