Dr. Khankhel is a Board-Certified Physician with years of experience and has cared for numerous patients struggling with obesity and related serious medical problems. He completed medical school at Universitatea de Medicina ?i Farmacie din Craiova Facultatea de Medicina and trained at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Family Medicine.
We are proud to offer one of the best medical weight loss programs in the Hudson Valley area of New York. When you join our program, your medical weight loss journey will always be supervised by a licensed medical doctor and healthcare provider. You are not alone in this, and we assure you that you will receive the best and most up-to-date care to help you achieve your weight loss goals.
We believe every individual is unique. That's why we complete an initial comprehensive medical panel, including an assessment of your lifestyle, behaviors, and other relevant factors, to create a personalized treatment plan. This plan will include short- and long-term goals with clear interventions based on established guidelines, including but not limited to FDA-approved weight loss medications, lifestyle and nutrition interventions, and coaching. Our goal is to provide the most effective and fully individualized weight loss plan for you.
As board-certified health professionals, we are always available to provide information and answer any questions you may have during your weight loss journey. Our individualized care is based on your initial medical assessment and evaluation to address your specific needs. Generally, we expect our patients to lose 8 to 10 pounds per month, or 1 to 2 pounds per week on average.
Our expert staff will be there to assist you during and after your participation in our program.

Do not waste your time trying to make an appointment with this office. They will cancel your appointment, reschedule it for another time and still fail to honor the appointment. I spoke directly with a secretary who made my appointment for me. But somehow the doctor is not available. Incredibly unfortunate and unprofessional.
This doctor routinely cancels at the last minute. So if you are a person that lives a little far away you risk driving many miles only to show up and be told that the appointment has been canceled. The office claims that they tried to call and cancel but I have no calls in my history and no messages. They also failed to try calling again. Huge waste of time, schedule at your own risk.
