I am a Nurse Practitioner, certified in Family Medicine and Board certified in Psychiatric Mental Health. I have many years of experience working in the field of psychiatry. I have been fortunate to be exposed to settings such as the emergency department, psychiatric inpatient and outpatient services, and inpatient alcohol and drug detoxification services. My experience has allowed me to interact with and help patients with a wide range of conditions such as schizophrenia, major depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, PTSD, and substance use disorder.
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I have great respect for psychiatric patients. I see my job as helping to ease their suffering. Being a warm, courteous, emotionally sensitive person, from the first ?Hello,? I strive to build therapeutic alliances. Such alliances are among the most valuable ingredients of mental health treatment. From there, I try to collect adequate information to make the proper assessment that will lead to a diagnosis and the formulation of a treatment plan. I truly believe that the essence of psychological healing is empathy, compassion, and intuition. That is why I always meet the patient where he or she is and build on this alliance toward the achievement of his or her goals.

Love the doctor. Do NOT like the admin. The only way to get through to the doctor is through an appointment via zoc doc. I needed disability forms and work docs filled out and they take days to do it and in many cases no response or late night response with apologies that never get corrected. The doctor is very skilled at identifying what meds I needed and I feel healed already so that is why I’m giving her 5 stars. But make sure to book with zoc doc. And get the link because they don’t always send it.

This doctors office is very unprofessional. You can only reach them by texting. They guarantee a response less than 10 minutes each time. I text them for simple matters. It takes over three hours to get a simple response. I had an appointment this morning. They sent me a link that does not work and have yet to reach out to me, I’ve never experienced this level of unprofessionalism at any doctors office. You should always be able to reach your doctor during business hours and they should communicate if they’re not going to be able to keep your appointment or not. I do not recommend they are very dismissive, not warm and just lack of very high-level of professionalism that a doctors office should have. Even my pharmacy reach out to them. There’s no way to reach them besides texting and they don’t even respond on text..?I left them a voicemail last week. They say they respond within 24 hours. It’s been seven days save yourself the trouble and go to a real doctors office.
