Getting to know Ivy Gugat
My goal is to tailor every care plan to you and your life. I begin by asking about your goals and how you would like to measure our progress toward them. Together, we will build a comprehensive plan that may include therapy, medications, exercise, diet/nutrition, spirituality (whatever that means to you), or any combination of these components to best support your path.
I am a proponent of integrative therapies such as nutritional supplements, exercise planning, meditation, and ketamine for treatment-resistant conditions. I will collaborate with you and any other providers involved in your care to develop a plan that optimizes your physical and mental health. Please let me know if you would like additional resources in these areas to help augment and improve your overall well-being.
I am also experienced in offering ketamine infusions for those who have been otherwise treatment resistant. This process may be partially covered by insurance, and we can assist with coordinating care through your private insurance provider. The infusion office is located at our office in Parker, CO
I hold a Master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Maryville University, which informs my comprehensive and compassionate approach to care.

My visit with Ivy was wonderful. I get nervous when I’m first meeting people and talking about serious situations but she made me feel super comfortable and understood. I love that she offers alternatives to medications because that is very hard to find these days and not every situation calls for them. She advised on what her overall plan would be but ultimately let me make the final decision so I didn’t feel pressured at all. This was my first good experience with a pediatric mental health practitioner since I began looking for help for my daughter. Mrs. Ivy G was kind, knowledgeable, listened well and offered balanced and cautious advice. I highly appreciated her perspective of using both over the counter supplements and prescription medication to support my daughter with the least medication possible to achieve the goal. Her willinngness and understanding that I wanted to meet first to assure we are a good fit was key. I look forward to her meeting with my daughter as both a guide for her to understand and manage her emotions as well as a psychiatrist to manage her medication.
