About Dr. Izdean Mufleh

Dr. Izdean Mufleh, DO is a primary care physician who is double-board certified in both Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine. He is also a Clinical Affiliate Assistant Professor at the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University, where he helps train the next generation of physicians. Dr. Mufleh's philosophy is that an advanced nutrition and fitness strategy, personalized to each patient, is the key to achieving complete health and peak performance. Dr. Mufleh uses various cutting-edge diagnostics to help deliver such outcomes to his patients. Dr. Mufleh obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Florida. He then received his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Afterward, he completed his residency training at the Florida Atlantic University Internal Medicine Program at Boca Raton Regional Hospital. He also holds a Diploma in Performance Nutrition.
