What is your typical process for working with clients?
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my work because it’s a practical, effective approach to helping people feel better. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and decide together on the best way forward. With CBT, we’ll take a closer look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and daily experiences. Over time, I’ll help you learn how to recognize and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, so you can start to feel more in control and more at peace.

She was very professional, but also very personable. A very active listener, making me feel very seen and understood. She gave me all the time in the world to explain what I was going through and how it made me felt, validating my feelings and also giving me advice on how to better situation. She even noticed the little things, like when I changed the style of my hair, that’s not really important but it’s nice that she acknowledges the little things. Overall, I highly recommend her.
