Dr. Jacine Vilches is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with dual certification in family practice and psychiatry (double-boarded). After working at a level I trauma center and receiving her doctoral degree from Florida State University she practiced psychiatry in Boston with the severely mentally ill population treating disorders ranging from schizophrenia to generalized anxiety disorder and personality disorders.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Starting with therapy, we explore psychiatric symptoms and pathogenesis. First line of treatment with therapy and potential medication management will follow if appropriate.
