Dr. Jack Lambert earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic and is dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting health through evidence-based, patient-centered care. His clinical interests include Active Release Technique, chronic pain management, the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, nutrition, orthopedics, radiology, and sports injuries, allowing him to provide comprehensive care tailored to each individual's needs. Originally from St. Charles, Illinois, Dr. Jack enjoyed growing up in a close-knit community surrounded by lifelong friends he still keeps in touch with today. He also loved spending time in the downtown area along the river and exploring the local restaurants that helped give the town its unique character. Dr. Jack's desire to pursue a career in healthcare was inspired by his mother, who worked as a NICU nurse for many years. Watching her dedicate herself to helping others sparked his own passion for serving people through healthcare. His experiences working with athletic trainers and physical therapists throughout his baseball career further strengthened his interest in helping others recover, perform, and live healthier lives. Patients appreciate Dr. Jack for his thorough approach to care and his ability to truly listen. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, he works to identify and address the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction. By taking the time to understand each patient's unique situation, he develops personalized treatment strategies designed to create meaningful, long-term results. For Dr. Jack, wellness means achieving optimal function of the nervous and musculoskeletal systems so the body can perform at its full potential.
