If you are looking for one on one experience and accountability then Jacklyn is your go to! She helped me with issues that came up during my physical and that I had been struggling with for a while. She is easy to talk to and is always willing to answer any questions or concerns you have. I was pleasantly surprised at how personalized her approach was. I will be continuing to work with her again!

After years of struggling with weight loss and being uncomfortable in my own body, working with Jacklyn was the breath of fresh air I needed. She has taught me that food is just food and it shouldn't be stressed over. I learned how to enjoy family parties, social gatherings, and work events without putting too much attention on the foods that would be there. This has allowed me to better connect and network with the people around me rather than be so anxious about the food and what I’m eating.
