Getting to know Jaclyn Lanham
SEPTEMBER NOTE: I will check messages once daily and respond accordingly. I am booking patients for follow-up directly. If you request a follow-up or need a follow-up, message me your preferred days and time frames and we can coordinate an appointment with me directly.
****Reminder: please allow a full 72 hours notice for refill requests within Sondermind message center. Also, I am able to schedule out for follow-ups and see individuals as soon as 7-14 days (not a long wait at all). If urgent, please go to the nearest Emergency Room or call 911.
If there are billing questions or concerns, reach out to Support during normal business hours, weekdays.
If you need a follow-up, provide me with days of availability and blocks of time and we can coordinate an appointment.
Specialized treatment areas that I focus on are: depression, anxiety, social phobia/social anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, sleep difficulties/ PTSD nightmares, personality disorders such as OCD, BPD. I also consider treating select ADHD cases if seeking diagnosis and non-stimulant therapy. I am no longer offering treatment of ADHD unfortunately due to Ohio laws restricting my ability to treat ADHD via telemedicine.
If you need diagnosis/medication management in a non-judgmental safe space— As a dedicated provider, I can offer you a safe space to be cared for in a highly personalized and genuinely compassionate way! I support all ages over 18 to elder adult and all genders and LGBTQIA+
Also if you need full talk therapy, I can provide an immediate referral too within our network of therapist providers!

#1. No Show or 24hr cancellation will incur a late fee per Sondermind platform policy.
#2. We do not accept MEDICAID at this time unfortunately. Double check to make sure your insurance is accepted with Sondermind.
