What should a new client know about working with you?

With the support of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, you can have the power to change your emotions, thoughts and behaviors. I’m going to help you to recognize your emotions and then support you through the process of identifying the ways in which you can control these emotions. For some clients that looks like practicing mindfulness exercises. For others, we may go for a thought-challenging approach. Once we identify your unique toolbox, you will be in the driver’s seat of your emotions. I’ve seen so many success stories using these techniques. Clients tell me they feel like better versions of themselves. You’ll love learning these tools to better yourself and reach your goals of self-fulfillment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our therapy sessions are 45 minutes long, usually scheduled on a weekly basis. During our sessions together, you’ll share what you’re experiencing in your life and the emotions you’re feeling. Together we’ll explore your experiences and hone your ability to recognize your emotions in the moment. We’ll also discuss strategies to help you better navigate the stressors in your life.
