About Jacob Browner
Jacob was born in Denver and grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. He earned his undergraduate degree in Health Sciences at The Ohio State University in 2020. During his time at Ohio State he spent a summer volunteering in an Emergency Room in Nepal, and developed a passion for medicine. He became a certified Emergency Medical Technician during his senior year, and worked as an EMT in Columbus providing medical care to patients throughout the first year of the pandemic. He began a Physician Assistant Master’s program at Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with the goal of working in primary care. During his clinical year of PA school he traveled to Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, New Mexico, California, and Wyoming training in various specialties including Pediatrics and Family Medicine. He obtained his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in 2023, and began working at Lafayette Pediatrics and Internal Medicine.
Personal:
Jacob has always dreamed of returning to Denver where he now lives with his girlfriend. He enjoys hiking, skiing, playing rec sports, and watching the Cleveland Browns.

Jacob Browner is AWESOME. He does a great job of making the patient feel comfortable. He asks the right questions without probing. He’s the first provider I feel like I can be truly honest with! This was my my first visit with the Office. location was awesome as only 2.5 mi. from home. administrative associate was very friendly, came a little early and was still able to get right in.to see Jacob. the interview went very well and was able to give details on what my current health is and what we think I need to start off with. I really appreciate that they took the time to listen , and paid attention to the point, they almost knew what I was going to say or ask, and had the answer immediately.
Very Nice! I was very happy withe the results, and would highly recommend this office and all their personnel ! Thank You for making the set up easy, pleasant, and fruitful.

I booked this appointment the night before and it was so easy and quick! I got there, filled out some paperwork and was immediately called back. I waited for about 5 minutes before I was seen. My Dr was so kind and listened to me and we worked out a plan right away. I would highly recommend!!

Great experience I felt like I was heard and the doctor even took the time to get to know back stories so he knows what all to look out for. As a young man it's hard to get that nowadays from other men especially. I will hope to have a good long term doctor patient relationship. Definitely recommend. Address has changed recently though so I suggest calling for the updated one prior to your visit!
