About Dr. Jacob Goldberg

Dr. Goldberg is a neurosurgeon specializing in minimally invasive and complex open spine surgery. He takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to patient care. Dr. Goldberg earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He completed his internship in neurosurgery, residency training in neurosurgery, and fellowship in spine surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian / Weill Cornell Medical Center. His clinical research interests include disc regeneration, motion preservation surgery, minimally invasive spine surgery, and patient safety. Dr. Goldberg has published over 75 peer-reviewed articles in professional journals and authored more than 15 chapters in neurosurgical textbooks. He presents research at national and international neurosurgical conferences, earning top recognition such as the AANS/CNS Spine Section J.A.N.E Award and the Charles Kuntz IV Scholar Award.
