I recently moved to DC so I figured I’d get a primary here. Overall, I will probably not go back. The staff were very friendly and polite. However, the office waiting room was very dark, bathroom was dirty, and overall the experience was not pleasant. The person running tests seemed to have messed up the tubes which I had to point out and had them redone. The doctor was very unfriendly and it almost felt like he was questioning my being there because when he walked into the room, he stared at me for about 5-10 seconds before even saying hi. Did not feel like he cared about making me feel comfortable or wanting to develop a good rapport. I felt very uncomfortable.

Dr. Neuwirth is a young doctor but he is a great listener and very thorough. He has always responded very quickly to my messages. His office reminds me of my appointments and while their alerts may seem aggressive to some, it makes sense given how many people don’t show up to their appointments. Unlike other doctors (like Dr. Michael J. Grady) you actually get to see Dr. Neuwirth as advertised!

The appointment was seamless and the staff very industrious and helpful. Yes, I did not see the doctor, I booked it with them because I was running late but they provided an alternative provider that met my expectations. But all in all, I highly recommend it doesn’t feel like you are going to the doctor’s office. Seems they can accommodate those who need to use their lunch break to see a doctor. An efficient and outstanding service was provided by the team that attended to me. Looking forward to a long relationship with them, if things continue like this.

The doctor was a little dismissive but it was expected from American doctors, tests results came back positive for infection but he didn’t take time to inspect and was talking to me while standing by the door, he might be busy that day but definitely not very welcoming.

My appt with Jacob was unpleasant; he seemed to care little for my background, experience, and symptoms, let alone my understanding of and comfort with his recommended course of action. I tried to ask questions or add details about my condition at multiple points during our appt and he continued rushing the process never offering to explain anything in greater detail let alone help any further or with any other issues. His demeanor during my exam was also rushed, felt intrusive and callous. The Woodley Park facility was also incredibly disappointing - intake rooms were too small to bring a backpack into, restrooms were unsanitary, and it was located in the basement of what looked like a parking garage. Overall, disappointed with both this providers care for me as a patient and the facility's condition.
