I appreciate that the office staff is always efficient with paperwork, check in, and billing. Additionally, I am always seen in a timely manner, and Dr. Ludwig always takes time to listen and try to suss out the root cause of a problem. I also appreciate that Dr. Ludwig looks first for ways to address issues that are aligned with my preference to look for more holistic solutions v. prescriptions.

Dr. Ludwig was one of the best doctors I have ever seen! He was polite and welcoming. He asked me to tell him about myself and he listened. He went through each of my concerns in a collaborative way, not a paternalistic way. He was exceptionally knowledgeable! Dr. Ludwig was fantastic. What I appreciated most about him was his warmth, attention to detail, and approach to whole body care. We talked at length about how I was feeling mentally and emotionally, and he offered tips on how to solve that. The last doctor I saw at this office swept my mental health challenges under the rug, so it was refreshing to have a PCP give it the attention it deserves.

Has a real interest in wanting to get to know his patients and get a in-depth look into their lives. Allowing him to better diagnose and take the whole stigma out of going to doctors. The entire appointment felt more like I was out to coffee with a friend than at a doctors appointment.

My longtime Primary Care doctor retired recently and I needed to find a new one. I’d tried several resources through my insurance and other avenues to locate a new doctor but had no success.
I’d tried the brand new ZocDoc service several years ago to locate my original doctor, so I thought I’d give their new app a try once again. I was successful finding a doctor who fully matched all my criteria and needs ! And even better, he had stellar reviews both on Zocdoc and online !
It’s a whole new world seeing a physician in the middle of a global pandemic, but scheduling an appointment with Doctor Ludwig was quick and simple. All of the CDC and necessary safety protocols were in place before and during the visit made me feel very safe and comfortable (I’m extra-precautious!) and I was able to complete all the paperwork and insurance and signatures from my phone at home and upon arrival in my car.
I checked in via the app which automatically told the office through Bluetooth technology that I had arrived arrived. Within less than 3 minutes my temperature was taken and I was walked to the exam room where Doctor Ludwig arrived moments later -on time! - and learned and compiled my new medical history for his records.
Everything went extremely well and my appointment was thorough and not rushed at all. I felt all of my questions were answered knowledgeably, and Dr Ludwig questioned me to make sure I understood everything. I left with a printout of all that had been discussed during my visit as well as information to read, healthcare instructions, an additional medical referral and a prescription.
As I left and was getting into my car, the robot call from my pharmacy informed me that my prescription was already ready for pick-up! Now THAT was certainly impressive!
It was just my first visit and so it’s difficult to say that I got to know this doctor extremely well since that takes several appointments and time, but for a first time visit to a brand new doctor’s office in the middle of a pandemic, this was certainly a top notch professional experience with a doctor who has all the skill and ability to take care of me for many years to come.
Zocdoc hit another grand slam home run for me again on my second time in my life trying to locate a primary care physician!
After all the rigamarole of searching through online insurance provider’s directories, the Zocdoc app instead provided a simplistic user-friendly resource for again locating and signing on with a very skilled and knowledgeable doctor. I now understand why his patient reviews are so stellar.
Thanks again, Zocdoc for making this whole process simple, efficient and professional ! You helped me find a great doctor — AGAIN!!!!!
