I graduated from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2015 after completing training in a variety of settings - inpatient substance abuse, community mental health, psychiatric nursing home, vocational school, intensive outpatient program, and private practice. What should a new client know about working with you?

When you schedule, keep an eye out for a call from Renew You Counseling Center where you will get a chance to meet your counselor and see if they are the right fit for you! If not, we have a variety of team members available that they can match you up with.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

All of our clinicians are trained in using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The goal of ACT is to improve mental health by changing our relationships to thoughts and feelings in order to more effectively pursue a life based on authentic values.
