“I sent 3 messages through the patient portal in which I explained why I was coming in and would the PA would be able to help me. After no messages came to me trough the patient portal and no one called me, I had to call the office and the receptionist asked “Would you like to schedule an appointment?” I could not believe it. I said check your appointment calendar I made the appointment 2 days ago. So I hang up and one minute later the MA for my PA finally calls and ask why were you calling. The incompetence of the two new receptionist and the MA was crazy. The lack of communication is very frustrating especially when you don’t feel well. With the 3 people who used to run the front office they were very competent and they have pushed 2 of them off the front desk and one who was amazing, Ralein who is no longer there. She did it all and knew everything and how to help. I don’t understand what is going on.These two new front receptionist need to get off their phone and help the patients.”
