Getting to know Jacob Wilson
Any mental health issue, symptom, or complaint that you are experiencing, and despite your own best efforts, is either not improving or getting worse, is precisely the type of patient I want to listen to and treat. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood dysregulation, bipolar disorder, ADD, or more, I can help. I hold a Master’s in Nursing from Regis College, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate and effective care tailored to your needs.
What should a new client know about working with you?
When you meet with me, you can expect to be heard, listened to, respected, and sincerely cared about. I strive to create a thoughtful, collaborative environment where we work together to understand your concerns and develop an effective treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Please note: Online scheduling through Zocdoc is reserved for new patients scheduling an initial evaluation only. If you are an existing patient, please contact the office directly to schedule follow-up appointments.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My approach combines thoughtful evaluation, practical treatment planning, and when appropriate, medication management alongside therapeutic support. During the initial visit, we complete a comprehensive assessment to understand your symptoms, history, goals, and what has or has not worked in the past. From there, we develop a personalized treatment plan and schedule follow-up care as needed to monitor progress and make adjustments.
Initial evaluations can be scheduled online through Zocdoc. Follow-up visits for established patients are scheduled directly through the office to ensure continuity of care and appropriate appointment timing.

Jacob is an amazing Practitioner. He actually listens to what my concerns and issues are. He doesn't try to over medicate with antidepressants, nor does he make me feel horrible for seeing another Practitioner for care that is outside of his practice field.
